Split out of #192, which says the editor PR commits docs/mockups/multilingual/. The sources of the round-1 mockup were never committed and survived only as the published artifact, so the mockup is committed on its own, ahead of the editor work, so it cannot be lost again.

Scope: docs/mockups/multilingual/ (m/m.css, m/m.js, build.sh, README with the artifact link, built dist/) and a line in docs/mockups/editing-screens/README.md pointing at it. Round 2 of the mockup is aligned with the PRD decisions of 2026-10-10 and was reviewed and accepted by the maintainer on 2026-10-10.

No code, AGENTS.md or skills change.
