Mockup: https://claude.ai/artifact/VKDHiP5SA6Nxdx5Ery762Q — "Proposal", facts switch "With new facts", the Updated column; https://claude.ai/artifact/XC9KeADJfRrjD428fZFMdj "Proposal B" (last change per section). Follow-up to #347 (agreed 2026-10-24).

A relative "last change" per entry ("2 h ago", "Yesterday") in the item row's summary or meta, sortable ("Recently changed" in the sort menu), and per container in the prompt panel. Source to decide in triage: the git backbone (last commit touching the page's files, which the badges already derive from) or the file mtime; cost on large sites; whether it is a built-in like date and how it sorts.

Documents: docs/api.md GET /api/module/entries and the sort grammar in GET /api/modules; scaffold/site/AGENTS.md "Editor modules" (built-ins, sort); docs/architecture.md (git). Owner: the server; the client formats with the existing datetime rules.
