Precondition: [3/6 · bump] merged + deployed.

⚠ Keystone reboot — restarts all 5 guests and blips internal DNS (dnsmasq) + the git.cloonar.com deploy substrate. Do it in a maintenance window with local console available. (mail/web-arm/amzebs are remote and stay up; they just can't pull configs until fw is back.)

Reboot (you, manually).

Verify (done =): new 6.18 kernel + NICs healthy; dnsmasq resolving; git.cloonar.com (Forgejo) serving; all 5 guests back; firewall/routing intact; another host can sync-pull successfully.
