The CyberGhost portal's openvpn.ovpn for the DE server group says remote 87-1-de.cg-dialup.net 443 with proto udp; 1443 was a wrong guess and the server answers it with ICMP port-unreachable (read UDPv4 [ECONNREFUSED] in the openvpn journal). Follow-up to #149.
