- HIGH: Verification code timing attack - use crypto.timingSafeEqual()
- HIGH: Remove duplicate unreachable 404 handler
- HIGH: Add IPv6 unique local (fc00::/7) to SSRF private IP check
- HIGH: Replace console.warn with structured logger
