Closes #197. Part of #192.

What

Commits docs/mockups/multilingual/, the visual reference of issue #192, as round 2:

  • m/m.css, m/m.js — the multilingual layer on top of editing-screens/shared (unchanged)
  • build.sh — assembles dist/deckle-multilingual.html from the shared layer plus m/
  • README.md — viewing, folder layout, the artifact link (https://claude.ai/artifact/6RYbRG7y4yMyeGxYbFsh1n)
  • dist/deckle-multilingual.html — the built fragment as published
  • docs/mockups/editing-screens/README.md — the candidate list points at the new folder

Why

Round 1 existed only as a published artifact; its sources were lost. This recovers the layer from the build (verified as the committed shared layer plus one extra layer) and reworks it against the PRD decisions of 2026-10-10: same uid in every language, strict languages with no fallback, per-element change marks, items collections with the source item under each row, the page-properties slug error, the paste confirmation naming moved and dropped translations, Delete naming affected translations, the page menu items, per-file pending changes, a module list with a translation-state column, and the Translate dialog's four modes. The mockup's Notes panel lists every change and the TYPO3 mapping.

Reviewed and accepted by the maintainer on 2026-10-10.

Verification

  • sh docs/mockups/multilingual/build.sh rebuilds dist/ identically.
  • The built page was driven through every screen in headless Chromium (Columns, Languages, element form tabs, properties with a clashing segment, untranslated page, Translate dialog, free and connected Home, page menus, cut & paste confirmation, pending changes, News module, dark theme) with no console errors.
  • Docs only: no code, AGENTS.md or skills change, so the drift tests are unaffected.

Round 1 of the multilingual mockup (issue #192) existed only as a published
artifact; its sources were never committed. This recovers that layer from
the build, confirms it sits unchanged on editing-screens/shared, and reworks
it against the PRD decisions of 2026-10-10:

- same uid in every language (no translated-element ids)
- no fallback: every non-default language is strict
- per-element change marks (l10nSource), shown on every field of a marked
element with a note at the top of the form
- items collections show the source item under each row, no structure edits
- page properties: source segment as placeholder, live address hint, a
sibling's address is a field error, Home's address not editable
- cut & paste onto another page names the translations moved and dropped
- Delete on a source element or page names the connected translations
- page menu: Translate to … per missing language; Disconnect, Delete
  translation on a translation
- pending changes one row per file with a language badge
- a News module list with a translation-state column
- Translate dialog: connected / free / empty / machine (disabled), subpages
switch counts untranslated subpages only, created disabled

docs/mockups/multilingual/ holds m/m.css, m/m.js, build.sh (reuses
../editing-screens/shared), a README with the artifact link, and the built
dist/. The editing-screens README's candidate list points at it.

Part of #192.
