Delete branch "lab/20261012-1740-one-owner"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Issue #230 was one rule implemented twice (the save path merged the text
an items split leaves adjacent, the body GET did not), and a sweep found
a dozen more predicates re-derived across packages, the web client and
the theme with nothing tying the copies together. The two existing rules
keep the docs tracking the engine; this one keeps the engine from
drifting from itself: call the owner or move it, never add a sibling;
client and theme mirrors are served by the server or pinned by a shared
fixture; "same as X" comments mark a copy; node merge/remove helpers
live in internal/content.
Closes #233
