The forgejo-runner-token for hosts/dev-new was committed on feat/dev-new-forgejo-runners (4be864a0) while PR #466 was opened from lab/20261013-0114, so main lacks the key and dev-new's bento build fails at the sops manifest check (the key 'forgejo-runner-token' cannot be found). Carry the commit onto main.
