Records the design for autonomous AFK runs in lab (epic #61):

CONTEXT.md — adds AFK run and Instance (lab) to the glossary.
docs/adr/0007-lab-drives-afk-runs.md — the decision record: lab-side issue claim (label flip ready-for-agent → in-progress), git-worktree isolation parked outside ~/projects/, and the PR-as-done reap lifecycle for non-self-exiting remote-control sessions.

Docs-only — no hosts/ or utils/ changes, so the pre-commit hook builds nothing. Implementation is tracked in #61 (slices #62–#66).
